This zoo is HUGE!! Very nice and clean and it looks like the animals are well taken care of.
Great place for anyone of any age. It would be difficult not to have a good time at this zoo. Not to mention...It's free! FYI, parking is $15 unless you find a spot on the street, which is free.
Fantastic zoo! First of all, it's FREE, and for only $10 per person you can get the Safari Pass, which gives you unlimited carousel rides, train rides, and lots of other perks. Plenty of shade trees, beautiful landscape, and the food is decently priced and tasty. Allow a whole day to cover all the exhibits at a leisurely pace.
Many animals to see. Get there before 9 and the couple attractions you have to pay for are free. Petted stingrays, the penguin house was amazing, and had most of the standard animals you'd expect to see at a zoo. Everything is laid out well and easy to get too.
St Louisans are proud of our Zoo. It will be packed when the weather is nice, all year long. Go early, especially if you need to park a car.
