Consumer Beware! We chose this venue to have our wedding after looking online without going to the site. 20 minutes after paying we tried to cancel it. We were told that we had 24hrs to do so. We were charged a substantial fee to cancel but it was still worth it. This place is a scam. I believe that once you see it and or smell it they know that you will cancel so they are counting on making their money off of stealing the processing fee. Please check it out first in person before paying and take the time to warn others!
If this helps 1 person it was worth the $50 waste of money so good luck and Congratulations on your upcoming prenuptials!!!!

I wish I read the reviews before booking this chapel! It was terrible! Grateful we went to see it before we got married. First the taxi driver had a hard time finding it. We were told the photographer would take pictures around the place. It was like a warehouse. The garden beside it was a joke. I almost cried! We ended up getting our wedding pictures before our wedding at the Venetian hotel. (thank God). We thought the tux was at the chapel and it was somewhere else. The hair and makeup person was texting and arguing with my future hubby. So when they arrived they were mean and hurting me. One was pulling my head while curling and the other getting upset because I was blinking. No tips for them!! I looked good at least. Then the limo driver was LATE!!! So were behind for our own wedding. And it was live online and people were waiting to watch. Elvis was great!! But the online feed was horrible. Viewers got to see it freeze and didn't get to see us walk down the aisle as husband and wife. It was stopped before that part. We didn't ask for many pictures the place wasn't that great and trust me I will remember it. We paid and they handed us our cake and souvenirs. We didn't get to have a small reception with the cake they just gave it to us. Then we get to the hotel and the limo driver wanted more money. He said we owed him for him being late. We said we paid the chapel. He wanted his money. So hubby had to pay him fifteen dollars. The whole experience was horrible!!! It was also hot in the chapel. If you have to use the bathroom you grab a key with a paddle attached to it like a gas station.

I have been so angry with this place that I waited three months to write this review because I couldn't hardly think about my wedding without wanting to cry and cuss at the same time. The chapel I booked was no longer available so my only options was to use the offsite space they still had available or come back within a year to use my prepaid ceremony. First off, they did not even call me to inform me of all the changes and then proceeded to treat me like a window shopper when I did arrive for my 'consultation'. The day of my ceremony my limo driver was 45 minutes late picking me up so I spent an hour in the Las Vegas heat instead of in the storage room (not the bridal suite) getting hair and makeup ready. The minister they hired to perform my service was just fine, except for his terrible handwriting on my marriage certificate. Honesty, it looks like he wrote with his feet!! Three months later they send me the pictures, after I finally emailed them my frustration. I paid for 25 digital photos and the wedding video. I received 67 horribly taken photos, they were out of focus, grainy, or just plain to dark. But I could purchase from the set of 'posed' photos that were taken right along with the terrible photos. You could easily tell he purposely took terrible photos. I know photographers here in Houston and there is no other explanation for the terrible quality in those horrendous photos.

Nope. Nope. Nope. Long post, but PLEASE read so your big day won't be ruined!!!!

Went here for a friends wedding on April 25, 2018.

Everything went wrong that could. FIRST, the address, not the one you see here, on google, on facebook, anywhere! They must have recently moved and didn't tell our bride and groom. Several attendees (27 people) uber'ed to the wrong location and found an abandoned building that was locked up. (Money wasted on Uber rides to wrong location and then to correct location). The bride and groom were supposed to be picked up in a pink Cadillac at their hotel- well, the Cadillac broke down at the hotel and they had to arrive in a cab.

Meanwhile, back at the correct venue, all the attendees were told to get out because there was supposed to be another wedding before ours. (It was 15 mins before scheduled wedding time... also, they never showed- lucky them). The lady at the front took the marriage license from me- I told her that the rings were in the envelope too and she said, "okay, we'll take care of it". I assumed that meant Elvis would give the rings, but nope, during the ceremony I had to run out to find the lady and ask where the rings were.

The worst thing about this whole ordeal was that I told her that it was very important to check the web cam to make sure it was on. The grooms mother has dementia and is in her last moments and his father had to stay behind with her last minute because of her failing health. She promised me that it would be on. Before the wedding many people back home were tuned in and could see Elvis walking around- but surprise surprise, before the wedding took place, it was turned off!!! When I talked to her, she said it was on and she just had turned it off. Family were typing in the chat with them asking what was going on because nothing was there and no one would respond!! So a dying mother missed the chance to watch her son have the Elvis wedding they always wanted him to have.

Elvis was okay- he came to me and the groom (assuming I was the bride) before hand and apologized for everything going wrong and that he wasn't supposed to be the Elvis for "our" wedding, but he was going to stick around... thanks???

The place wasn't decorated! The pictures I'm seeing here are not what this place looked like. BEWARE it has either changed ownership, or they weren't ready for weddings at this new location. The walls were bare, few decorations at the podium, the music was played on an old cd player boom box that Elvis pressed play and pause on.

I've never given a 1 star rating and I'm not the type of person to complain, but we're talking about a wedding. A couples special day. If this were my business I would have comped the entire thing and added in a picture package and then some. I give it to my friends for holding it together and not going bridezilla on them.

This chapel is a some would say 'the' wedding chapel in Las Vegas. It is the oldest and I didn't realize how much history was in it. The staff was great and everything went as planned. Just realize that it is small, our party of right around 50 people packed the church.

We were married there on Feb 18th, 2018. It was very well done and very professional. The limo pickup was quite late so we started late- I think it may have not been ordered for the right time. But once we were picked up everything else went really smoothly. It was very well organized, all the steps smoothly transitioned and before we knew it, it was done. We had lots of friends that were happy with the live feed. Before we started, the front desk told us that we had quite a few friends online waiting for the wedding which I was really happier than I expected because I really didn't expect friends to want to watch. We both really felt the support and with the ceremony being so good, the wedding just felt happy and special. I loved the line in their wedding vows that said we agree to be each other best friends-
if I had written my own vows, I would have wanted to say that. It was a great ceremony. The ceremony pictures were good- we haven't received the prints we were supposed to get in the mail yet but not that concerned since we can reprint them here in Nova Scotia easily and cheaply. We paid for 6 of the photos from the photo shoot before and after the ceremony (not included in the package but that was clearly communicated in the paperwork as well as on the website before we booked.) Part of the reason why I chose this chapel was the photography after was less of a cash grab. (Professional photography costs money but we got what photos we wanted for $165. Other chapels the beginning price was $399.) I was happy the video of us was included. Everything was loaded into a dropbox folder which worked great for me and I was able to move everything to my folders then share the link to the video on facebook so it could be viewed easily. The only negative friends have said about the ceremony was that the photographer was in the way a lot. All in all, we are very happy with our choice. We didn't realise how it would feel doing this way but it really was special and we would recommend this place to others.

I used A Wedding Chapel for vow renewals.Upon arrival, there was a mix up with the date of my reservation. It was handled professionally and fixed with little inconvenience to myself or the venue. I didn't receive complete and thorough information from the venue about all of the conveniences included in the package I purchased. There are included photos, which includes 25 ceremony photos and 50 shots (not sure that many were even taken) afterward. I get to choose 8-4x6 prints, but only of the ceremony photos (not disclosed). The photos afterward can be purchased a la carte. The website states there is a $60 minister fee only (cash). After the ceremony, the photographer gave me a hand printed envelope for a minimum tip, not a fee, of $60, which was not disclosed anywhere on the website. Tips are optional and definitely should not be demanded, let alone be told how much! I found this to be extremely unprofessional!!The other problem I had with non-disclosure was viewing the photos after the ceremony. You have to physically go back to the location to view them. If you prefer to view them electronically, they charge you an additional $40 to do that. Everything should be disclosed in writing on your website prior to anyone making the decision to purchase a package from your business. None of this was disclosed while making the reservation on the phone either. The minister was wonderful and we had a very nice ceremony. Don't let this review dissuade you from using them, just make sure you do your homework and ask every question about costs not included in the package you purchase!

My husband and I got married here on July 4th, 2017. The staff was incredible and everything was taken care of.
Throughout the whole process communication was open and all my questions were answered in a timely manner.
I couldn't be happier with choosing A wedding chapel in Las Vegas as our venue.
