The water is clear and cold. It's great during the summer as a swimming hole. Mosquitoes love that area so bring some bug spray otherwise you'll get eaten. Recommended!

Very lovely and interesting waterfall reached by a 1/2 mile hike along a wide, well kept path through the shaded woodlands. Saw others going up with a picnic lunch to enjoy. You can reach it by turning at the sign for Echo Lake State Park in North Conway and continuing up the road until you see the sign for Diana's...

This is a very well traveled path through the woods (approx. 1/2 a mile to destination)....beautiful waterfalls, nice place for picture taking and enjoying this natural wonder. Parking was $3 when we went. Well worth it to go see this beautiful spot. Definitely, recommend to anyone staying in N. Conway! (depending on when you go, bring bugspray!)
Not too far to walk from the parking area, $3 fee to park, and a steady climb up to the beautiful falls. Plenty of viewing spots and chance to paddle your toes in, summer must be a chance for the kids to swim in some of the pools at the edge. There wasnt a huge amount of water but they...

When I visited North Conway for the first time a year ago, I was brought here about 1 hour into my stay by my sister, a resident in the Valley for over 20 years now....I'm proud to say I've moved here fulltime now, so a visit for a peaceful hike, as well as an entertaining day for my best friend,...

It was an easy 6/10th of a mile, mostly flat work. We went on a hot day and it was very refreshing to play in. Many people bring bathing suits/towels and hung out.
Went for a run on the trails here. Plenty of parking at this very popular location. Even with all the people I was able to find a good location to take a soak in the river. If you are searching for solitude this isn't the place, unless you show up before the crowds.
Beautiful short walk to the falls 1/2 mile to &1/2 mile back. BRING THE BUG SPRAY we forgot but we did ok.
I heard that this place was great and it definitely did not disappoint. Perfect for our 2 and 6 year olds as there are spots appropriate for each age level to explore and the trail is stroller friendly. Adults and older kids would also love it here.
Don't forget bug spray, $3 parking fee, and a pen to write on...

Short walk to the falls. forgot bug spray, BIG mistake. We wanted to have lunch but the mosquitoes were horrible so we couldn't. But a very pretty sight. Will stop again when better prepared.
