wonderful boat tour of Glimmerglass, a/k/a Otsego Lake ... tour guides are knowledgable and seem to enjoy their work, polite, willing to converse and answer questions. Lake is just beautiful and has a wonderful history

This was a nice, relaxing way to spend about an hour. It's the only game in town, but that doesn't explain the less-than-professional operation. From the image of the employees, the cash-only payment method, and the seemingly bored owner/operator, this isn't a cruise that will inspire stories to tell friends or spark romance with that special someone. They use a... More

Our family of four arrived at the Glimmerglass Queen's dock location about 45 minutes before scheduled departure time to be told that they started selling tickets 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. The quiet group of employees inside and around the small booth were all smoking. The sign in the window said that the $15 fare could be paid by... More

Great hour trip on the lake. A short commentary & then a chance to just soak up the beauty. A must do trip when in Cooperstown. I would recommend the top deck and standing at the front of the boat for the best experience.

A comfortable boat ride. A little history at the start of the ride. Nice views of the lake. Comfortable and inexpensive way to spend an hour or so.

We've taken two tours on the Glimmerglass Queen. It's a one hour cruise that gives you a historic tour of Lake Otsego. The lake is incredibly peaceful! There is also a bar which serves beer, wine and frozen drinks. Enjoy a cocktail and a cruise.

Nice trip around the lake. Got to see the whole lake and heard a bit of history. The only negative is that the boat had to have at least 10 people to take off and they had to wait a little for that to happen. Also, had to use the bathroom on the land.

The hour tour provides tourists with facts about the lake and history of the area via a recording during the first part of the trip. The way back is free of distractions other than those you make at the on-board bar
