Mingo Falls is definitely worth the time to visit. Beautiful! A free experience! The big tree that has fallen across the trail was a little difficult to crawl under.

The shortest walk with the biggest payoff! If you're looking to do some real hiking then do so elsewhere before or after this. But don't skip it... it's a beautiful 180' cascade, a huge waterfall.
One of the highest waterfalls in Eastern U.S. Rain the day before made for a nice volume of water. Not wheel-chair accessible, as there are well over 100 steps to walk up. Worth every step!
It was hard to find as the directions were not good but worth it when we found it.
