Just got back from a girls weekend that included a day at Peninsula Hot Springs. I had hoped it would be nice, but it was so much more. These people really know what they are doing. They not only met exoectations, they far exceeded them! We did group massage/facials in the Marquee, which is just lovely, then had a 5... More

I've been hearing about the hot springs forever and was lucky enough to get a post pregnancy birthday visit to finally find out what all the fuss was about. Sadly , it felt like another peninsula tourist attraction, not having been there, I had no idea what to expect and the staff weren't bothered to provide any introduction or explanation... More

We went to Peninsula Hot Springs on Friday May 24th to celebrate my birthday. My daughters aged 11 & 14 had a ball as well. There are many pools to choose from and little buckets for the kids to sit in !!! It's worth noting that kids under 16 are not allowed in the top 6 pools at the complex.... More

We have been a few times now and we have enjoyed each time but it can get very busy at times even the early morning sessions. I am not sure if they limit the number of people at any one time but if they don't they may need to consider it. Many of the pools were packed to capacity. The... More

Very sad that such a beautiful place is marred by rude staff and dirty pools. It is also quite overcrowded. The first time I went I had the constant feeling that the staff felt that they did me a favour by letting me be a paying guest at their spa. Soon after I tired to book an important apponintment but they... More

If you want good service, clean baths or a stress free special occasion AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I was appalled at how rude and ineffective the staff were when we tried to book this place for a special anniversary, at some expense. On every interaction we had with them the staff misinformed or made errors, in the end... More

The surrounding are lovely so it is such a dissapointment that the staff are so rude and abrasive and by the afternoon the pools have scum and white flotsam floating in it. Not a releaxing of cleansing experience at all!
