This college is amazing for being so large. Our orientation experience was very personal. The campus requires walking but the buses are convenient as well. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful.

If you live in Columbus, Ohio, you're probably a fan of The Ohio State University, not only for what the university offers to students, but also for what OSU has done for Columbus at large. One of the best universities in the nation, it has a sprawling campus that starts just north of the Short North district on North High...

OSU is a wonderful university! As large as it is, the university works very hard to make each student feel a part of a group. You can make a huge university feel more manageable by the efforts they make to involve the students. The quality of the education is excellent and OSU is known nationally as a top learning center...

Ohio State is such a beautiful place to visit. The Oval is the picturesque college campus area with a huge lawn, trees, students playing frisbee, and beautiful buildings surrounding it. Besides the Oval, the Thompson Library, RPAC, Ohio Union, Ohio Stadium, and Mirror Lake are must-sees!
Wow, if I had it to do again, I'd look into attending OSU for something medical. What learning labs they have! We were allowed to see the labs where medical students learn. Amazing. The educators were very informative and welcoming. We also saw the ICU and ER.
It is my school and my children's... Wonderful institution and a great place to visit and walk around. The Oval is beautiful. Mirror Lake is great... If you happen to be in Columbus, it is worth the visit...
It's impossible to summarize OSU - 60,000 students, another 30,000 faculty, but it's gorgeous historic AND new architecture are assessible to visitors and the campus is very walkable. Highlights are the Oxley Thomas Library (just rennovated) with it's view form the 11th floor conference center, the Orton Hall bell tower, the Wexner Center for theArts, John Glenn mini museum and...

I do not think that universities are tourist places but there are actually places that are worth seeing if you are around. The architechture buildning, the Oval and the library are three such sites at the OSU
Ok so I am proud to hold a Ph.D. from OSU. Buckeye Nation Fan club is the largest football fan club in the U.S. Superior tailgating, and an excellent Grad school!
The campus is very impressive by its sheer size. It can be overwhelming at first. I would recommend parking and walking around to get a true feel for the campus. It was an awesome place.
