Great area for browsing shops for an afternoon. Lots of cafes and places to take a break, nice blend of independent small shops with larger retailers (Sur la Table, Anthropologie, West Elm), quiet streets and fun, funky atmosphere. Worth a visit!

We parked in a lot on 10th and just walked. We paid $5 for the day (Saturday). Found so many fun andf unique stores, shops and restaurants. Definitely do not park on the street as we only saw 90 minute meters. We did not have an agenda or reservations and the Pearl did not disappoint. A great day!

Best advice is to park your car and walk the neighborhood and enjoy the sights, and become one with the place. Many small places to eat, drink and be merry or have coffee. Not many places like it left around.

Like many cities, the aging industrial area attracts artists with cheap studio space. Then gallery's, then resturants and then the reputation of the hip new spot. It's the Ritz shopping area and a nice area to walk around in. Good places to eat and hang out with friends.

We love walking around the Pearl during the day. They have delicious bakeries and cute little boutiques as well as large chain stores. Don't come here at night though, not much of a nightlife scene.
