There were like 50 school buses full of screaming children with no one to watch them or keep them from running around or running into people. It was free which is great however if I wasted money on this I would be pretty mad. Great for kids, everyone else stay away!

We got here in the morning before it was crowded so we got through the tour quickly which was fun. The shops are very nice and there was a good selection of candy to purchase. I'm sure there was alot more to do but we were on a time schedule.

The Chocolate World Tour can be a nice break in the theme park day. The family friendly tour provides a short break for eveyone in your party. The food court here is a find -- there are an array of offerings a bit different from the standard amusement park fare; the chocolate milk should not be skipped! FInish the day... More

Very informative and interesting tour through the chocolate factory. More candy than you can imagine in one place...there is just something about buying candy directly from the plant vice your local store plus they always have innovative new ideas that you cannot find anywhere else.

Your kids will not want to leave. If you like “Charlie and the chocolate factory” movie then you will love it. If not, you will still enjoy a lot of fun. You can also buy tons of chocolate or other souvenirs. Strongly recommended “sweet” experience.

Good overview of the chocolate making process for kids and adults. The theme park type ride was entertaining. Nice gift shop, too.

Had a good time visiting Hershey's. Good place to take children. Lots of things to do - great chocolate shopping. Events are well-planned, easy to get done in one day - at Chocolate Factory.

This attraction is very fun the first time that you do it. After that it loses it's value quickly. Our family has done it a few times, and now we only go in to buy some chocolate to take home with us.

We did the chocolate tasting, the trolley tour, and of course the free chocolate making tour. The cost for the paid attractions is a bit high. Might get a bit prohibitively expensive for a family. I think the chocolate tasting would be really fun for kids. There's a film that's a real hoot, kept us laughing. Found the chocolate making... More
