I was overwhelmed with the beauty of this place. I highly recommend this for everyone's bucket list.
If you like country music...if you have roots that go back to listening to the Grand Old Opry on the radio...then being "in the house" is a MUST. While we were there the Opry was not open, but we did get to tour around. There is a really nice museum with life like statues and lots of old memorabilia. We truly enjoyed our tour and visit. We got to go through at our own pace and took as long as we wanted. I would really like to go... More

Sadly the Opry was closed for the winter, but it was open for the ROCKETS so we went to see them, and be able to say that we went to the Grand Ol Opry, the show was great !

We have visited several times. The Grand Ole Oprey is a wonderful setting, with excellent acts - as you would expect. We made sure to get tickets to see Barry Gibb - he was brilliant - as indeed were all those appearing that night.
Everyone who comes to Nashville wants to see Country Music. So the Grand Ole Opry is a no brainer. There is always lots of talent at the Opry. We are talking old timers and the new youngsters.
