this is a small garden with nice sculptures right across the Fine arts museum... worth the visit when you are in the vicinity
I had to write a review about the Sculpture Garden. And I wasn't too excited about going to visit it. But I completely changed my mind when I got there. This garden is across the street from the Fine Arts Museum but the entrances aren't all clearly marked. We went at eleven hoping to walk the park and then be ready for the MFA when it opened. Sadly, the park didn't have enough sculpture to keep us busy for an hour. Despite the heat, I'm so glad we found it.
Extrordinary installation. Not to be missed. Matise backs. Stella's first outdoor piece and much more world class art. All in a fabulous garden in really cool part of town. My favorite spot here in my home town..
Beautiful bit of culture, space and peace right in the heart of the city.
A great little urban garden with spectacular art. Across from the MFAH and the Contemporary Art Museum. Good place for a picnic or a rest.
This is a fine oasis of serious art that simply needs to be outdoors. A stroll in here takes you away from the city and into itself, which of course it was designed to do. Outstanding selection of works that begs for quiet contemplation. And if you get too hot, the nice air conditioned museum is across the street. Perfect!
