Lunch was great staff were very helpful and accommodating.The food was great service was good. We were a large party and they gave us an area that was private and did not disturb anyone
After reading reviews of this gallery, we were so glad that we found it !! It is a wonderful place to spend a leisurely afternoon. The automobile museum, the homespun museum and the gallery were first class !
Ignore the very pricy hotel in front and drive around to the back of the property. The first thing is the Café, I can't review that because we didn't go.

on the grounds of the grove park inn..this gallery and affiliated enterprises (car museum/restaurant) offer a wonderful place to explore for a few hours..the gallery with is unique display of craft furniture is remarkable and the antique car museum is really a hidden jewel. for those taking the grey line tour strongly suggest taking a stop here for a few...

My main reason for going was the outdoor sculptures - less than I expected, but still fun to look at. My husband enjoyed all the antique cars that had been restored to shine. And there is a large store/gallery of expensive, but interesting art and furniture. It took us at least an hour to look at everything.
this is a strange out of the way place, next to the huge old hotel. it has extremely choice collections of things, with something for everyone. interesting historical exhibits; beautiful presentation of modern crafts.
We live in Asheville and it's my husband's go-to place to get me special jewelry. Very helpful staff and exquisite, artistic gifts.

There were enough cars to be able to see how the technology evolved. Even an early LaFrance fire engine! Would have helped if there was a knowledgeable guide available. I'm not that well informed so it may not be as exciting for a real informed visitor ... but the cars do speak for themselves. And quite a few different manufacturers...
