OMG! What an amazing show! By far, the highlight of our vacation. I laughed, I cried and I will carry those memories forever. My son and his friend who are teens also really enjoyed it.
We saw Betrayal and were quite disappointed. Although the actors were fine, they just couldn't make a weak play strong. So much more could have been done with the plot, which centered on the lives of a couple in which there had been an extramarital affair. The potential power and pain was lost in silly and immature interactions. The cast... More
Love Broadway with its many choices of plays & musicals, easy to find tickets even last minutes and possibility of discounted tickets for some shows at Times Square's booth.
Musicals aren't usually our thing but the whole family loved Wicked (even the teenage boy). An extravaganza of great music and laugh-out-loud fun. It's easy to see why a show on Broadway is different to seeing a show anywhere else.
The essential character of New York is in the theatre experience. There is something for everyone here. You just can't pass up a Tony award winning show. For visitors I would say to look for discount tickets at the Times Square booth or online.
Classic South Park humor that pokes fun at religious beliefs and varied social mores. The performances were brilliant, the theater itself beautiful but small (made to seem smaller due to those that purchased standing only tickets). This is not for everyone but if you like South Park, this is a must see! I can't wait to see it again!
what a great sensation to walk on this mythic avenue to arrive on the so busy time square enlighted nights and days since so many years...
Broadway is one of the main reason why I love NYC. There is nothing like it in the entire world. There's so much culture in this hot spot . Being smack in the middle of Broadway, you can feel the pulse of the city which flows day and night! TIP: Go to Gold Star Events, Travelzoo websites or Half off... More
This is everything the big Broadway show should aspire to be...magnificent and incessantly changing sets. A mix of drama, comedy, and tears. The concept of telling multiple stories within one story kept everything fresh. The cast, especially Tony winner Butz, was fabulous. I'm surprised the run was so short. See it while you can.
Went to see this how on Broadway and it was amazing. Vitality, happiness, humour, music, singing...it had it all. The children in it were so professional and talented, but the lighting and stage management were superb..a terrific set worthy of a well-deserved review and not to missed if you are in New York. One of the best musicals around!
