This was our second trip to the "Big Apple". I'm so glad we were able to have this tour as part of our experience. Everyone who visits NY should take a walk with BUC. Whether you're a big fan of the theater or not, you get a great history of the broadway and Time Square area. Teresa did a great... More

Being big theatre fans and knowing a fair bit about London theatres, this was a perfect way to find out about the New York Equivalent. Our guide Bret, who was himself a Broadway performer, was very knowledgeable and told some interesting inside stories as well as guiding us around the theatre district at a leisurely pace. Learnt so much about... More

My daughters and I are big theatre fans and one of them is studying stage management at college. The tour was excellent and very interesting!!! I loved the fact that there were only 5 people in our group. Lots of opportunity for questions and personal experiences with Teressa our tour guide. She was very nice, informative and truly has a... We are a group of musical theatre students from Argentina who went to NYC to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our Academy. We did this tour on our first day and it was AMAZING!!!! Although we were very tired from the 11 hour flight, we couldn't stop listening and watching. Both guides were SO NICE to us and we learned... More

A must for all theatre fans! My group of 28 drama students went on tour with Tim and everyone enjoyed every minute. Tim was amazing to work with both before and during the tour- professional, reliable and competent . Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get insight into the show world of NYC! Thanks Tim!

I am a big theatre fan and was looking for things to do in our visit to New York. I came across this tour in my research, and am sure glad I did. The tour was fantastic. I love how it was personal so you could ask questions. Learned history of the buildings themselves and the general theatre life back... More

Our Broadway Up Close tour with Tim was one of the highlights of my trip to New York. Tim had great funny stories to share, lots of insight on the inner working of Broadway, and photos on his iPad that really enhanced the history and stories he was telling. The tour was not one of the cookie cutter tours shuffling... More

This was a great tour and I learned so much about the history of Broadway. Tim was a great guide with stories of Broadway, the ghosts of Broadway and even stories about elephants and horses of Broadwy. I am sure that I know more about the "Hippodrome" than some New Yorkers! Tim used the iPad for the pictures of what... More

The tours last about 2 hours and visit about 15 theaters around Broadway from 42nd Street to 45th Street. You do not go into the theaters the guide has a IPad with photos of the theater that tell a story about the history of the theater. Our tour guide was great she was... More

My friend and I have both lived in New York for about 10 years and thought we were pretty knowledgable about Broadway and its history, but Broadway Up Close had us both as wide eyed as the first time we came to New York. Mikey was our wonderful guide, and as we walked around Times Square, he had fascinating stories... More
