Christ Church took my breath away to know that some of out founding fathers sat in that church. We were able to sit in the same pew that Ben Franklin and his wife sat in. It was awesome!

Very good to visit. Exciting to sit in the church pew where George Washington sat. A guide give a pretty good speach about the church and the history.

7 of the signer from the declaration of independence/constitution are buried here or nearby including Benjamin Franklin. They know the pews were famous American heros like George Washington and others sat. It really is like taking a personal step back into history

Attended Palm Sunday Service while visiting Philadelphia. The church and grounds are filled with so much history. The service and choir were fantastic. Will definitely return on another visit to Philadelphia.

We are Episcopalians so what better than to attend Sunday services at a Church where many of our Forefather's attended!

I really enjoyed looking for the bronze plaques that indicated which historical figures sat in the pews (people such as George Washington, James Madison, Betsy Ross)

Pay a small fee to pay homage to Ben Franklin and other founders of USA. Many visitors simply peered over the fence at Ben's grave. Worth a brief visit.

This was an awesome tour and our tour guide shared very interesting historical information. Where did George Washington and Benjamin Franklin sit during services? Why are the windows clear and not mosaic during this era? Whose buried under the church and why? In order to find out take a tour for yourself. It is well worth a visit.

Beautiful church attended by many of the founding fathers. The man who spoke to our group made the history come alive.

It is pretty awesome to spend time in the church that George Washington, Ben Franklin and Betsy Ross frequented. Don't miss this on your walking tour - and you can see Ben Franklin's grave site a few blocks away - you can see it from the sidewalk so you don't need to pay to get in the graveyard.
