I believe this is the oldest continuous running theater in the U.S. When and if you go to this theater wonder around and see the history via pictures within the theater. Current group that is performing were first rate.

This was by far a very great night out. I stumble on to this great show by visiting TripAdvisor web site. My wife and I was celebrating our 40th anniversary and am very pleased that we selected this night out as entertainment. The show was done in a very professional way. The singers were great but the musician were even...

We saw both plays: "Savannah Live" and "Jukebox Journey." The actors are wonderful and if you don't have a good time there, you're not into music.
My wife and I took a day trip to Savannah, Ga and decided to take in a show at the Historic Savannah Theatre, our first time there. It was a wonderful time and experience in which we plan to do again, the cast did a fantastic job and made the show entertaining and fun. My wife also got to be...

We spent three days. Toured the Davenport and Greene houses. The latter is where General Sherman spent 40 days after his march to the sea. Fascinating history!! I was surprise that the city is somewhat unfriendly to pedestrians. Unfortunately, cars rule.
We were not sure if we should go see a show but several people recommended Savannah Live at this theater. I am so glad we didn't miss it because it was amazing! So good that we went back the next night to see the other show they are running called Jukebox Journey. This show was equally as amazing as the...

Like the previous reviewer, we went to the show and loved it so went back the next night. Both were really good. It was the best performance we experienced through out our 30 days touring around the the South. We would recommend it to everyone visiting Savannah
We make this theatre a special stop on our semi annual trips from Tampa, FL to D.C. The shows are so very intertaining and the cast is so very energetic and enthusastic. They have alternating shows and the 2nd night is 1/2 price. We really consider attending both showa a "must do" when in Savannah

We saw Savannah Live in this historic theatre. The music was a variety from broadway shows, Elvis songs, the Beatles to Rock 'n Roll. What an energetic and talented group of performers and the band was outstanding. We definitely recommend this show. It was a pleasant surprise. We did not know that this show would be so professional.
