This overlook is on the bypass which will save you a lot of time if your heading to the smokie mountains from pigeon forge area. The overview of gatlinburg is best on clear days around sunset.

The view is amazing especially when the mountains are covered in snow. It's a must to stop by every time we visit the area.

This is a great place to take pictures; it is a beautiful panoramic view of Gatliburg. The mountains, trees and foliage are lovely even in the winter!

An awesome viewpoint overlooking the entire city of Gatlinburg with the mountains as a stunning backdrop. Amazing at sunrise! And getting there is the best shortcut in and out of busy Gatlinburg.

Its located on the Gatlinburg by pass .You can take the bypass coming from Pigeoun Forge and you will travel a couple of miles and is on the left side of the road. You can see downtown really well and also see the Tram & the skylift as well. The space needle is visable as well.

Great views overlooking the valley and the mountainous wounders all around. Beautiful scenery at every turn. Snow was pretty and enjoyable.

great place to stop and take awesome pics or enjoy the scenery. not that far of drive to get there, great to see all of gatlinburg, especially at night

Worth the drive ... great pull offs to take photos...breathtaking! There was snow on the ground when we were there and were only able to do half the drive but still well worth it!
