We had 7 people in our group with an age range of 12 to 46. Each of us had a fantastic time. The course was really high, the view was fantastic and our guides Nick and Alex were knowledgeable and so much fun. The opportunity to go upside down on the last run was the highlight. The entire staff was... More

This is the fourth company with which I've done ziplining and perhaps my best experience yet. My first interactions had to do with rescheduling my trip to Gatlinburg...twice. CLIMB Works was gracious, understanding, and helpful both times. Once we were able to make it, from the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and comfortable. The ziplining itself was terrific,... We ziplined with Alec and Mary Kate. They were awesome with our four kids (ages 9-13). They taught my kids lessons that go way beyond ziplining. It was our first activity on the trip and got us off to a great start! If you are wondering if the extra money is worth it, the answer is yes! You will not... More

Had a blast zip-lining! Wonderful location, excellent staff and fun lines to zip on! I was a little nervous but all the built in safety calmed me and allowed to fully enjoy my time zipping.

My family and I visited Climb Works today after spotting a billboard for their company, they squeezed us in for our first zip lining experience and we had a blast! Everything was great, the service, the views, the entire trip was perfect. Our guides, Ty and Emily, gave us tons of information on the surrounding areas and made us all... More

We originally booked another zip line place and were referred to climbworks while on vacation. This was the best decision we made. The guides, Mark and Trey, were helpful and made this an enjoyable experience. The lines were wonderful. Great views and other excitement. Wonderful company!!! I would recommend this to everyone!!

The guides were very friendly as we walked into Climb Works. They helped us with our gear, and we were off. The course was perfectly safe, of course, and very fun. The guides taught us several things about the area and were open to lots of questions.

We did the zip line course and it was awesome! This company thinks of everything to make sure you are in good hands and safe. The guides are friendly and keep you at ease. There are 9 lines and 3 canopy bridges. For many of the lines you are above the canopy of trees and you have great views. Would... More
