So glad we made the time to stop! The pottery is beautiful, everyone is nice and the live music is a great bonus. So excited to add the stunning artwork to my home.

Beautiful pottery!! Lovely glazes with leaf impressions make gorgeous pieces! The cabin 'store' was welcoming as were the unobtrusive sales staff. Very helpful when we asked questions. Even had mountain music playing by a very talented group with seating around the fireplaces. Pricing was a touch on the higher end but the pieces were very well made!!! Highly recommend it.

Saw this place advertised on TV and saw many ads about it so I decided to stop in. There is a little store in "The Village" area in downtown Gatlinburg if you can't get out to the Arts & Crafts Community. They have a little bit of everything in the store in Gatlinburg, but much more of a choice out... More

I have never really been into pottery, but on one of our recent trips to Gatlinburg I was watching the local channel and saw an advertisement for the arts and crafts community. The next day we went for a ride for the arts and crafts district and we saw Alewine Pottery. When we went in I fell in love with... More

On our anniversary trip we were in the cabin watching the visitor channel and saw the Arts and Craft" community in Gatliburg! The next day we drove through and BOY what a great day! The pottery had so many local handmade and useful things! Getting to see them at work was amazing. We even got a Blue Grass show as... More

This place is wonderful, the people so nice. The talent shown in the making of their pottery is like no other. My favorite are the stoneware lamps with the scenes on them of the local area, like Cades Cove and the cabin scattered through out the park. And while there you must check out the band "Lost Mill", they play... More

Our tour of the Arts and Crafts community came to a stop when we arrived at Alewine Pottery. You could spend hours here. The pottery is beautiful and each piece is unique. It definitely reminds you of the mountains in the area. Live music and popcorn are also great. Can't wait until we can come back!

Driving through the Arts & Crafts Community along Glade Road is a very enjoyable and scenic ride. There are many shops, galleries and cafes along the route. Alewine Pottery is a very nice place to spend some time. The pottery itself is beautiful and very well crafted. The colors seem to capture the nature all around in the Smokies. I... More

This is a great place to bring kids or just for a couple. My husband and I went and they had live bluegrass music and it was nice o be able to see where they actually make the pottery. Plus they have a sale rack of items that make great gifts for family and friends. The regularly priced pottery was... More
