We saw so many incredible sights. Learned so much. And we were entertained and treated like Royalty by Justin. He could not have been more attentive and gracious. Justin spun many Hawaiian legends which "explained" the activities of Pele and other Hawaiian Gods! We highly recommend the tour and especially Justin!

Recently we used this company for three tours whilst staying at the Hilton Waiokoloa Resort: 1. Coffee Plantations and Craters Tour was very enjoyable, visiting craters high on Hualelei and the Thunder Road Coffee plantation for lunch. In rugged multi-wheel drive vehicle we passed through the different climate zones (take a sweater as it gets cold at 2,000 feet!) exploring... More

This was an event I was looking forward to for a long time - and it did not disappoint. Everything about this adventure was exciting and fulfilling. The van (which you spend a lot of time in) was very comfortable though the road you have to travel on is something else. Excellent care was taken of us by John, our... More

took 2 trips with this organization. the 1st was the Mauna Kea summit and stars adventure. Nothing can compare to being 14,000 ft up, watching the sun sink into the clouds. And, when I thought that was fantastic Greg waited until it got even darker and set up his telescope. He was so full of local knowledge and an amateur... More

Matthew. Blended great knowledge of the land with the understanding of the people and folklore. Great asset for the company. Young man has value to you beyond this. We appreciated his veracity and candor as he kept his presentation to the subject at hand. Great day Matthew.

John is an excellent, enthusiastic guide. His passion for Hawaii, Manua Kea and the natural world came through loud and clear. Well done.,

This is the outfit to go with for the best Big Island Mauna Kea summit adventure. Everything is planned and executed to perfection. The drive up was full of great island and volcano information provided by our guide, Taj. Sunset at the summit was beyond description. I thought the trip had "peaked" at that point and then...the stargazing. I'd been... More

Doing this trip to see sunset on Mauna Kea summit was one of the best experiences of our Hawaii trip. We had a great guide, a nice group of people and the chance to learn many things about the islands nature. Even more impressive was our stop after sunset to see the stars - I never ever thought I would... More

Four of us participated on 4/26/2013. Our guide was Justin and he was amazing!! Justin is knowledgeable, professional but most of all personable and FUNNY. There was a LOT of laughing in our group. "What's your deepest, darkest secret?" We all learned many new things about the beautiful Big Island and the history of the Hawaiian chain. The adventure is... More

My husband and I took the waterfall tour today and were amazed by the spectacular views. The drive to the trail head gives a whole new meaning to off roading. Our guide, Stephanie, was fabulous. The little touches provided by this tour are incredible. Stephanie not only provided backpacks, water, towels and rain ponchos but also bug spray, granola bars... More
