Excellent photo ops for free and it's walkable, or take the bus, from downtown, the Seattle Center, or Queen Anne.

We drove up here about noon Wednesday, May 8. No problem parking right at the park which is actually a viewpoint with several benches, not a park with lots of open space. We had a superb view of the space needle and downtown skyline, but not Mount Rainier which is probably only visible on a clear sunny day. The "parklet"... More

But the views are fantastic on the right day. I think park is overstating it, micro-park probably a better terminology. But if your in Seattle, have a rental car, and good weather day...GO! you will not be dissapointed.

Went up there as one of the first things we did when staying in Seattle. Was a good starting point, altough it seems a bit far from the city centre. Good place to take a photo.

This is a nice small park in southern (i think) Seattle with very good views of downtown Seattle and the surrounding bay. Parking can be very tough on the weekends but browse the nearby streets and you can most likely find a spot. Great lookout!

My husband and I walked to Kerry Park in the Queen Anne district of Seattle on a beautiful spring day. Yes, there are hills in Seattle and this park is near the top of one of them. We did not find the walk from Seattle Centre to the park too arduous but we like walking. For those with less stamina,... More

I had checked TripAdvisor before my trip and found reviews saying Kerry Park has the best views of the city. They weren't lying! I ended up going on a 60-degree, dry day, which made it all the more enjoyable. It is certainly a hike to walk to, going uphill and all, but it's definitely worth the workout on your calves.... More

All postcard pictures of space needle taken here. Even rainy days will give you a better shot of it than anywhere else
