If you were in Tobermory, Ontario, then you MUST take the boat to see the Flowerpot Island. Unique place to see and visit. Take your food, have a pick-nick, and take photos. Beautiful view sitting on the beach and watching the flowerpots. Lot's of trails too. You must prepare to walk up & down, but it is a nice hick.... More

We took both the evening cruise and the 2-hour cruise around Fathom Five and Flowerpot Island. The glass-bottom is interesting, but you're only going to use it for 5 minutes as you float over the wrecks. All the rest of the sightseeing is best from the upper deck. The price is reasonable, but most of the time you're looking at... More

It was worthwhile taking the 2 hour cruise. It was great to go around the 5 islands including Flower Pot Island. The glass bottom boat was fun. However, you are only able to see 2 shipwrecks. We really enjoyed ourselves. More

My father and I went to Tobermory in early September of last year. Because we had such a fantastic time, we are going again for three nights tomorrow! And the glass-bottom tour we took was a massive part of why we enjoyed our trip so much. The two-hour tour was breathtaking, and the boat operators give a lot of information... More

I went with my brother in law, my son (teenager) and my father (81 years old) and we took the Zodiack Express. The name really fits! A great boat ride! The only disappointement was the shipwreck. We only saw one in the bay area which is shown on the website... Still a great experience and very safe for all ages!... More

My family went to Tobermory last week with a bunch of friends - There were five adults and 6 children between the ages of 6 and 11, and we took the Blue Heron cruise to Flowerpot Island. The shipwrecks were fascinating and the island is just beautiful. On the way back to the boat dock after a wonderful day swimming... More

We're a family of six - kids are 13, 12, 8 & 4. We loved it. We went on a jet boat, so that we could bring our black lab along. The staff are absolutely fabulous! They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The kids all enjoyed viewing the shipwrecks and they loved exploring the island. We left at... More

My husband and I arrived in Tobermory friday afternoon. After strolling around for a bit, we stumbled across Blue Heron Boat Tours. We bought tickets for the sunset cruise. We sat ontop of the glass bottom boat tour and got to look out onto the bay without anything/one getting in our way. The sunset was wonderful, the water was calm,... More

We had three adults and two kids (3 & 6). When we got on the boat we looked at the glass bottom which was actualy about 6 very small windows that you could see little out of. Also we would have to hold our kids up to look over the rail with a long drop on the other side (about... More
