- FinnogL-LCopenhagen, Denmark144 contributionsTake a trip with the museum boat on the Canal build in 1865 by German workers. Very interesting and exiting history. Do not miss the boat trip. The museum tells an interesting story from the last century and is included in the ticket for the boat trip.Written July 25, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - PieterBolinderFraneker, The Netherlands328 contributionsNot very much to see nowadays. But the history behind it is massive. The Danish Vikings constructed it to be prepared against Otto number two from Rome!! When this Otto died and was succeeded by a child Aggersborg was no longer needed. In total it just was in function for a few years.Written May 7, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- brit933Solbjerg, Denmark217 contributionsThere is a lot to see and enjoy. Small places with art, historic buildings and museums, ships, nice places to sit to sip the sun, really a nice place to take a strollWritten June 18, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tristan SAalborg, Denmark3,109 contributionsHaving come to sample the blåmuslinger, we were surprised by the variety of home made dishes on offer. Full of locals and good value. - PieterBolinderFraneker, The Netherlands328 contributionsFirst built around 1100. Now well kept and beautifully located overseeing the Limfjord and the Aggersborg Viking fortress.Written May 7, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - brit933Solbjerg, Denmark217 contributionsIt was an added bonus to see the town from above. You see a lot of things that you did not see from the street, and the canal and the fiord was a beautiful background. As it is situated at a high altitude, it can be a bit strenous to get up there, but it is worth the whileWritten June 18, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - PieterBolinderFraneker, The Netherlands328 contributionsApparently in Denmark a number of bridges were constructed in the late 1930's and the 1940's. This one is less impressive than Dronning Alexandrines Bro (1943) but breathes the same atmosphereWritten May 7, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
