One of Cornwall's newest attractions, comes in the form of one of the oldest working horse drawn Omnibus's in the country. The bus has been restored to it's original working condition for the enjoyment of anyone seeking to experience this 'living museum'. Pulled by two lovable Shire horses, George and Ringo, The Lizard Stallions offer trips and excursions which include Heartlands Heritage Site's 19 acres at Pool, every Sunday; Falmouth/Gyllyngvase trips on Thursday's and Friday's; Truro's Lemon Quay on Wednesday's and Saturday's. Also over the summer and Christmas periods The Lizard Stallions will be attending many festivals, of which you can find out more on our 'What's On' page of the website. It is advisable to check the schedule for specific dates to avoid any disappointment. Don't miss out on our hour's Gyllyngvase Beach trip on Thursday's and Friday's. Please check our website for details. With stunning views, combined with a trip steeped in historical accounts of the first Omnibus's and the Shires, we are sure you will enjoy this awe inspiring trip.
