Monica was an amazing help!!! She was so comforting and had extensive knowledge of what paired best with the wines offered! We will be back to see her!

We loved our experience in these caverns. It was a cool but comfortable 58 degrees. The staff was very polite and kind, and we had to wait about 20 minutes for the next tour, which was tolerable and made more pleasant by browsing through their little gift shop. Our guide, Alex, was very sweet, spoke loudly enough for all in the group to hear, and provided much information throughout the tour.
Only one thing I'd suggest.... the group was extraordinarily large in our opinion. Supposed to be capped at 30, but the count only includes those over 4 years of age. So, when also counting the small children on the tour, it was more like 45 people. Many of the passageways and rooms were quite small, so I can't imagine those in the very back could see all of the interesting points the guide was showing us (with the help of her flashlight). I think they should limit the tours to 20 people. They seem to run 2 tour groups at the same time, so I'm sure it would still run pretty fast.
    Overall, a great experience!

Must improve traffic flow before next tourist season. This is my 26th year to visit. Change and Progress is very good for PF and GB. Continue. Never experienced crime or seen a crime committed.

Cute little mostly inside zoo, took my 9 month old baby here while we were visiting on vacation. The goats outside are so cute and all the animals seemed to be well taken care of.

Pet friendly. Excellent wines. They provide free samples, and you can purchase wine by the glass and/or bottle, and even sign up for a membership to have wines shipped to your home. Such a cute store!

Stephanie waited on us. She’s was wonderful. She was very friendly, provided our samples, educated us on the wine, sold us glasses of wine and bottles, let us know about other affiliated wineries and the cider tasting in the next building and told us all about the wine memberships. It was a pleasure having Stephanie wait on us and we intend to return this week to purchase a membership with her.

Thought how can we be in the Pigeon Forge area and not at least stop and see the Dolly statue?!
It was exactly as you would expect. A statue and a plaque in front of the courthouse. No frills. A few parking spots made it easy to get to. We took a couple of photos and read the plaque. Took all of 5 minutes. Now we can say we were there!!
Was not at all crowded. If you’re a fan, definitely worth a stop.

Easy to get to. Has a small parking area by the end of the Bridge. Very well kept piece of history !! It's accessible for everyone. But bear in mind that it's still used daily. It sees lots of traffic. I'm in a Power Wheelchair and I have been all through it. Multiple times. Another place that we visit every trip to the area. We take new pictures every visit.
I will attach some from this visit.

David was great! Very eager to assist us, knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. You can try 3 wine/cider for free or do a $5.00 paid tasting where they choose a couple and you choose 3 of anything you’d like to try. We purchased the Concord wine, Pb&J wine, and Apple Pie cider.
