- Mohammed CCorona, NY39 contributionsSpent a few hours here with my wife and son. The park has a little beach area by the lake with great views of the mountains. There werent too many people here which made for a nice and relaxing afternoon.
Note: Due to Covid, there are no boat rentals, and the concession store and Nature Centers are closed.Written September 1, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - CraigNaperville, IL5 contributionsEvery time we are in the Dorset/Bennington/Manchester areas, we stop by the Dorset Union Store. It’s an absolute gem with a rich history. It is grab-n-go, specialty items, exceptional fresh deli, excellent wine room with scheduled tastings, a gathering place for conversation and sampling, and so much more - all rolled into one experience! When you visit Dorset, the Union Store is a must see.Written June 23, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Steve MColumbus, OH64 contributionsWas caught somewhat by surprise by the caliber of artwork hanging on the walls in the various rooms of this old house turned gallery. Certainly some knickknack stuff mixed in, but the Vermont scenic pieces could hold their own in museums and the modern paintings room upstairs was quite fantastic and juxtaposed to the surroundings. Prices are what you’d expect for a place on Dorset Green ($$$$), but probably worth them.Written September 12, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
