Located on the River Garrone in southwest France, Toulouse is the fourth largest city in France and according to Newsweek the 5th most dynamic city in the world (2006).

Built between 1080 and 1120 the Basilica of St. Sernin features a five-tier bell tower, vaulted ceilings, and is the burial place of the Saints Saturnin and Honoratus.
