In 20+ years of travelling I have never tried such an arrogant treatment as we got from the Pinamar hotel. We booked a room with credit card 2 months before arrival, and e-mailed with the hotel about the facilities there, no problem so far. But when we arrived they just said "sorry, fully booked" and sended us to another hotel...
