I loved the building and the surrounding lemon yard and that's the HUGE GOOD POINT of Chiusa, the room was also very nice (however the cleaning service could be better). The swimming pool was well kept, clean and not crowded. BUT: - As everybody says: the owners could be more interested in their guests you can see them only in... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with our two children. The photos on the website are an accurate representation of the place, which is visually stunning. As well as the large courtyard there is a garden area with tables and chairs and a play area for children. The pool is enormous and well kept, and surrounded by the lemon groves. All... More

Stayed for two nights during a driving tour of Sicily. Was in a good location. Loved the cute courtyard. We could smell the lemons being harvested during breakfast. Very nice rooms with drinks provided to enjoy in the courtyard. Sebastian was very sweet and helped with our limited Italian. Also had private access to the great spa and sauna facility... More

We stayed 3 nights and had a 5 bed apartment for the three of us. One large room with an open upper floor. Very lovely furnished and decorated. Great breakfast with home made panini and cake, cheese, ham, salami, various jams, fresh fruits, etc. Large pool surrounded by lemon trees. Playground for kids. All in all, a great place to... More

Our room was newly renovated and romantic with a 4-poster bed and old stone walls, however the air conditioner barely gave out wisps of cold air. The rooms are situated around a lovely courtyard and there is a very nice pool and outdoor park-like area. There is a “spa-room” with hot tub, sauna and steam room which all looked very... More

We stayed here for two nights in mid September and had a wonderful stay. The room we were given was very large with a comfortable double bed on a mezzanine level, with two singles and seating on the ground floor below. Decor was modern but in keeping with the old recently renovated buildings. We particularly liked the remote control velux... More

We were looking for something a little different, and were so very happy with our find! This is a beautifully restored place, obviously done very recently. The rooms were the absolute best we stayed at in the same price range, and the pool was an added bonus, so refreshing and peaceful. Loved the loft room with all it's space. The... More

Great value for money 20 minutes away from Syracuse & 10 minutes walk from the beach; nice people, beautiful rooms located in a fantastic 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by lemon trees - only the breakfast was a bit bland, but that would be the only grief if you can stand soft mattresses. The Vigneto room with its mezzanine bedroom... More

We stayed here for three days and at first were a bit disappointed by the beach near the B&B. We booked this because it was supposed to be within walking distance of a beach but that beach wasnt really good. Fortunately we had a car and were able to go to nicer beaches anyway. The apartment was really good: huge... More
