The 11th floor of this property is assigned to Deluxe room category and therefore it has to be better than the lower category rooms floor. But if you have a chance to stay at this hotel, please visit 11th floor ! How miserable the corridor looks! A lot of stain on the wall paper ! Litterally everywhere ! It looks... More

It was fortunate that I had emailed Mr. Oto, the GM, prior to our arrival. I would have taken the train to Odawara, but Mr. Oto informed me that our arrival day was a national holiday and that the Odawara shuttle would not be operating. He suggested that we take the train to Nebukawa. Knowing that Nebukawa did not have... More

Stayed in a "plus" room which as far as I can tell means a "twin". Small room, Two single beds. Furniture (desk, bedside stand) seems like from the 80's. (only one electrical plug available!!) Nice plasma TV; good size for the small room. CNN bilingual if you can spot the button on the remote. Small Ironing board and cordless iron... More

Great resort which offers a lots of activities: spa, pool, tennis, bowling and more. My kids love it. Rooms are nice, standard a bit small though, the deluxe offers much more space. Beside food is always good. The buffet restaurant serves very good food from breakfast to dinner. Lunch and all you can drink plan are very good value for... More

This is a great hotel if you plan on getting away from it all - i.e., aim for relaxation, spa, and just beautiful scenary. The staff is very helpful and there is a fully equipped gym. You don't want to miss the onsen on the 2nd floor (hot and cold water), very relaxing, also the various pools and sauna on... More

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the resort recently, and we thoroughly enjoyed the brief stay. The accommodations were excellent. The location on a mountainside on the Izu Peninsula overlooking the ocean was quiet, isolated and romantic The spa facilities and pool area was immaculate and very relaxing. Our Prix Fixe French cuisine at the Spa's Brasserie... More

My wife and I visited this hotel for an extended weekend stay. Getting in from Tokyo is quite easy -- take the Tokaido Line to Nebukawa, two stops past Odawara, and a hotel shuttle bus comes right to the station. The town around the station is devoid of shops or anything else of interest, but the hotel itself has everything... More

After some researches on Tripad, I came to know Odawara Hilton. Their extensive thermal SPA facilities together with the location facing the sea attracted my attention. To arrive, we took a shuttle bus run by the hotel from Nebugawa station, good one hour from our place in Tokyo. The hotel estate was much larger than I expected. The room was... More

The hotel is in a fabulous location for a relaxing weekend for friends. I stayed with a group of five girls in the chalet overlooking the water. Only problem was a typhoon was coming so we did not have a view at all on the first day. The room was a little old and dated but still very comfortable -... More
