Very disappointed with the room very basic and an extremely uncomfortable bed. This is the only time I have ever contemplated booking out of a hotel. However the owner rectified the problem the second night and transferred us to a larger room, comfortable bed - a much better experience. The breakfast was excellent. Perhaps the owners are just tired!

Several of us stayed here for the night, as we were attending our friend's wedding in nearby Cripps Barn. We were given a friendly welcome and shown to our rooms.
