We've stayed at this Premier Inn a few times now and got to know some of the staff well. Hundreds, if not thousands of guests must pass through their doors and yet they remember us. In particular, I would mention Dave on reception who is exceptional at customer service. More

We arrived on Thursday evening to be met by the night shift. Dave's customer service skills are second to none. We were there for a 4 day dancing competition. The hotel was very accommodating and welcoming. Rooms are of a good standard and extra towels given, in fact any requests were met promptly. There is a restaurant Table Table which... More

Welcome and reception - friendly and efficient. Rooms - plenty of space, clean, very comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Bathroom ok though the shower could be better and as it's over the bath, which is quite a high one, not so easy to get in and out! Breakfast - again, usual Premier Inn good quality and excellent value. Cooked... More

We stayed overnight after a shopping trip in Manchester. The staff were very friendly and informative and the room was clean and had everything we required. The pub next door offered food at a reasonable price and the breakfast was good value for money, offering as much as you could eat. The waiting staff made you feel very comfortable. I... More

My husband and I were stopping overnight, as we were collecting our son from nearby Manchester airport early the following morning. We always choose Premier Inn for our short and long term stays and we were not disappointed. This particular hotel was again excellent value for money. The receptionist, Dave, was very welcoming and helpful. The room, as is the... More

This hotel was excellent value for money. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and the room spotless and well equipped. We would certainly return if we were that way again. The Mersey Farm pub next door offered decent food and the staff were very helpful. The only drawback was that three of the 'specials' on the dinner menu were... More

Stayed whilst visiting family and watching City. Great staff, excellent breakfast in pub next door. Room clean and comfortable although a little hot and noisy. No Sky TV. No phone. No morning papers. Will stay again when visting this part of manchester. More

Well it's a Premier Inn so the decor, etc. is as you would expect. Parking is easy, but what set this one apart from others I've stayed at is the warmth of the welcome. The receptionist and night porter were really friendly and helpful, organising a taxi for us without us having to ask for it, she suggested based on... More
