The service is superb! The ryokan staff are thoughtful. I have never been served like this before. We were served with welcome tea when we arrived. A shuttle bus sent us to our bus stop when we left. The staff waited outside to greet us as if we were VIP?!?!?!
There is a private onsen ( both indoor and outdoor)...
