Can't fault this great b&b. Our room was spacious, clean and with good views across to the Cairngorms. We also saw our first red squirrel in the garden. Friendly and helpful hosts. There's a nice local restaurant five minute walk down the road called Riverside - book early as there aren't many tables.

We spent 3 nights at Netherfield and felt sad to leave. Our room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and had all that we needed including a view that you cannot tire of. The road the B&B is situated on is quiet and there are several nice walks close by. For wildlife lovers, the garden is buzzing with birds on feeders... More

My husband and I stayed here on our way to the Glenlivet Distillery and were very happy with our stay! The rooms were very clean, well decorated, and highly spacious. Jan and Grant were very friendly and excellent hosts. There is a great restaurant for dinner (Riverside) about a five minute walk from the BnB, which Jan suggested. The breakfast... More

I stayed here for 2 nights with my 6 year old son and I couldn't ask for anything better. The room was a great size and impeccably clean. There were kids games and books to keep us entertained and the dogs were an added bonus if you love dogs. To top it off breakfast was fabulous. The hosts couldn't do... More

Had a lovely stay. Excellent accommodation - clean, spacious room (with superb view) and friendly, helpful hosts with lots of local knowledge. Breakfast was delicious - made even better by watching the red squirrels and wide variety of birds from the dining room window. Would highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be back!!

Wet and windy weather in September did not spoil our holiday with Canadian friends as Jan and Grant were excellent hosts and the very comfortable beds/ rooms and great breakfast made for a very enjoyable stay. We did not find a better B&B during our tour of Scotland. David & Charlotte-West Sussex

Not literally of course but coming, as I do, from a tree rat (grey squirrel) county where reds are now extinct it was wonderful to watch these elegant creatures on their dedicated feeders whilst we enjoyed our 7.30 breakfast. Yes this is a B&B which will happily provide early breakfasts for walkers who need an early start. What use is... More

Just perfect. The best without doubt. Brilliant room with superb views of surrounding countryside and wildlife everywhere. Couple this with the friendliest owner who just could not do enough for you, and you have a winner. The best B&B we have ever used anywhere. Bar none. Good parking too!! We hope to return.

After 5 days "wild camping" on the deserted island of Nan Ron off the far North coast, my friends and I could not have chosen a better B&B at which to enjoy a couple of nights of comfort and recuperation before continuing our journey back South to Shropshire. On arrival we received a warm and friendly welcome from our hosts... More

Have to agree with the other reviews. Jan and Grant are excellent hosts and this would be the best B&B we have stayed at. Couldn't fault anything from the breakfast (we had a couple of vegetarian and vegan demands) to the rooms or the outlook. They will involve themselves as little or as much as you want. Iit si out...
