Stayed here on the 4th May 2013, were greeted by the most pleasant 2 receptionists we have ever come across in a premier inn. Both were very friendly and helpful and went out of there way for us. The room on the other hand was very small but spotlessly clean as were the other areas of the hotel.

This hotel is very good value overall . Hotel rooms are on the small side especially bathroom but they are big enough to do the necessary. Hotel rooms were clean and tidy and very comfy beds. We booked three rooms for a stopover on a long trip and found the hotel to be very clean and quiet, however the bedrooms and bathrooms were much too small. This Premier Inn has the smallest rooms i've seen, this didn't matter too much as I was only staying for one night. Perhaps if I was staying for longer it may have been a problem as there isn't much room to move about with your clothes everywhere. You will be able to tell that the rooms are also quite old... More

Staff were friendly when they were there, rooms are very small compared to a more modern Premier inn, the girl behind the counter said it was one of the first Premier inns? The rooms are just about big enough for one person, not enough room for two people, bathroom needed modernizing some of the sealant around the bath was missing... More

Friendly Staff, very good breakfast, free parking, good location for the Cardiff and Newport - only a few miles from the M4. Usual Premier Inn standards, clean and comfortable, but bathroom on the small side.

God value, receptionists were lovely and very helpful. Rooms very clean and welcoming. Nice Beefeater attached, everyone in bar was very friendly. Food good but felt there could have been more choice, this not being hotels fault though. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you to the staff for a lovely break.

on arrival we had a very warm reception, and the staff could not do enough when i asked for help. the room was not suitable for our needs, but this was remedied in a matter of moments as we were transferred to another room immediately. the room was comfortable and airy, and we were left in peace throughout our stay....
