We were in three two adults and one child (14 years) placed in a small cubicle for three nights at the price of a 5 star hotel. Indecent bathroom so small that the door of the shawer could not be fully opened. Low quality food served pretentioisly.

What an amazing experience. On our honeymoon. got there by chance. It was a great treat. I would very much love to come back soon. I recommend it highly. The Only problem was no English menus, but that's a minor issue. All in all - fantastic!

Beautiful located "Terme" spa with 39¤ temperatured pools both indoors and outdoors, and the pools are filled with white minerals reminding about sticky mud that you can rub all over your body. Good and priceworthy food in a beautiful Tuscan surrounding. We did not stay @ the hotel..

Lovely relaxing spa hotel. Staff's English is not fantastic - but we got by. We spent 3 days in Terme San Giovanni, great thermal water 37°, excellent wellness center and good italian cousine. we suggest only to book the superior rooms, bigger and well equipped than confort type
