Meal service inthe evening was terrible and we had to complain as we waited over an hr for our food when it wasnt busy. The staff didnt know wot they were doing. Resurant near and over looking a lake, but spoilt by electricplylons. Overall, we tried it, but the spa needed more for us to return.

Great facilities with all supplies of tea, coffee, water, sweets etc. topped up all the time. The food was excellent and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. All the staff were efficient and cheerful. Really couldn't ask for much more.

Use this place a little and it is a very good standard for a good cost. It is not typical hotel as it is set u around sorting training and other things. However, it is a good alriund place, golf, driving range, gym and good bar! Food is of a good standard and IPA and other ales are fine selection.... More

While staying here on a conference I had mixed feelings on the service. The conference facilities were excellent, the lunch for 150 people was quick and hassle free. It was when I came to book in that I was disappointed, with quite a few of us to check in there was a que, but there was only one attendant to... More

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. I am so sorry that you experienced a delay in checking in, and also with your room card. On the evening in question our Reception was manned by a new member of staff and this may have been the reason for the slight delay. I have passed your comments regarding... More

We visited recently with friends for one of their tribute nights. The 'Michael Buble' tribute act and the disco were great, but the food was comparable to something from a school canteen and the service was poor. We were still waiting for our main course when other diners were on their coffee. We had to chase staff to get our... More

Thank you for your feedback. We have previously dealt with the concerns you have raised directly, but I can understand your frustration at your subsequent visit. We have no excuses in letting you down, but your subsequent visit was at the start of a new structure of management in the Restaurant, and indeed in the middle of planning the relaunch... More

I do not think I have ever stayed anywhere else where the staff have been so friendly and genuinely happy to help. Check in was prompt and we were impressed that we had been given a complimentary room upgrade as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, upon check in, we were advised that there was an "issue" with the... More

Thank you for your feedback and wonderful comments about our staff and food. We are so sorry that you were let down by the Swimming Pool being unavailable during your stay. Our Health & Leisure Club is operated by a third party and they experienced a problem with the chlorine pump, which was out of our control. But of course,... More

I was lucky enough to stay here fr toe nights, whilst trending a training course. So nit n the hotel as such bt the bedroom behind the other reception area. As you approach Wyboston Lakes, don't be put off by the surrounding area, which is basically your typical Midlands industrial estate, complete with electricity pylons. Once inside, you're made to feel really welcome and the rooms are clean, if a bit on the small side. What makes this place are the spa facilities, which are really nice and, certainly when... More

Stayed at the Wyboston Lakes for a long weekend whilst attanding a nearby wedding. Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately as with most hotels that operate a spa facility within the main building there will be guests in robes around during lunch periods when visiting the restaurant. At all other times guests will be in the Spa area. We hope this will not deter you from visiting us again. More
