We spent three nights at Bla Bheinn in January. It is a lovely B&B, our room was large and very comfortable and the views are outstanding. Stuart and Tania could not have been more welcoming. January really is very quiet on Skye but Stuart went out of his way to find us restaurants that were open. He also provided us... More

We were traveling in Scotland 18 days and stayed in a couple of very luxurious places such as Turnberry Resort along with several B&B's. Of all the places we stayed Bla Bheinn was the best. Our room was spacious, clean, large and comfy with wonderful views of the Cuillins and a skylight. Our hosts, Steve and Trish, were unpretentious and... More

The best B&B I've ever stayed at. I don't know why they haven't put up the price. More

We loved this immaculate and spacious B & B. We were offered several extras; welcoming beer in the fridge, birthday card and song for my son's 17th Birthday, clothes dryer when we got SOAKED at the Faerie's Pools (thanks Trish), walking sticks so my old knees could do the hikes (thanks Steve) , accomodation for our late breakfasts, and fabulous... Everything was as described in the reviews we had read. Rooms large, clean and comfortable, views wonderful and breakfast excellent. The fridge with fresh milk (and beer) was a real bonus. The owners even lent us books with walks in. The only negative is that you need to drive to get to a pub for evening meals. More

We stayed for two nights at the end of June as part of a trip around the west coast and some of the islands. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the black cuillan room which was great: nice big room, big comfy bed, sofa, tv, fridge, en suite etc and the views from the windows were... More

We had a great stay at Bla Bheinn where we spent 4 nights at the end of June 2011 and it was more than perfect. We stayed in the Red Cuillin room which was very comfortable and spacious. Although there's enough space for suitcases, we were very happy about the walk-in closet. We got two bottles of local beer and... More

We went up to Skye to pick up a dog from a nearby breeder. We stayed here for two nights and couldn't have asked gir anymore. Lovely hosts, lovely room ( sauna as well) lovely breakfast and beautiful views. Our 7 year old son was even invited to play with the hosts children which he loved. Steve and Tricia run... More

The "Bla Bheinn" B&B is a couple of miles north of Sligachan on the A87. It is easy to find as there is a sign on the roadside. We stayed only one night in the "Bla Bheinn" and found it terrific in many aspects. Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. When we booked our room, we were asked... More

My wife and I stayed at Bla Bheinn with our 19 month old son for 2 nights. We had a great time and really appreciated the spacious room we had at Bla Bheinn (Black Cuillin). Our hosts were very hospitable and our room included a bed, a sofa, en suite bathroom, and a TV with a wide selection of channels.... More
