Just returned from an overnight stay with friends at the Village Limits. We were a group of 7, three of whom had special dietary requirements. Just spent two nights at this excellent B&B. Rooms extremely comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked. Dined both evenings at the Restaurant which was also very good. The staff were very friendly and I would highly recommend this place.

I was a late arrival and only needed a room and a drink. The room, with twin beds, is comfortably furnished, with a decent en suite. My second visit, and an almost perfect B&B/Motel experience. The food and staff are great, but on arriving mid-afternoon I found my room was cold - the heating was off! Regardless, I will stay here again - it's good value.

Stayed for a 4 night break with my wife, brother and sister in law. Rooms were twin bedded. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well presented with good quality mattresses and bed linen.
