“Comfortable clean and friendly staff”

Stay here quite abut when in town and have no complaints, check in with friendly staff and rooms are nice. “If this was my first HI Express, I'd avoid the whole chain”

I'm torn between 2 stars and 3 stars. Compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses that I've stayed at (10-20 per year), I'd give this 1 star. “Old and Prejudice”

Most Holiday Inns have a protocal for greeting and checking in their reward members. This hotel is the exception. After a lengthy check in, the accommodations were unsuitable. The first room was horrible, the second room had seriouis health issues due to mold. Would not reccommend this site to anyone or ever stay there again! Mattresses were old and uncomfortable.

Most Holiday Inn's got a huge update to become HI Express but apparently not this one. Its a strange mix of old and new. Moldy areas in bathroom but a huge selection of towels.
