I went there for 2 days & 1 night stay for a seminar.. we're disappointed especially during meals...there's 4 other groups including ours ,but still the management have to be prepared....just imagine after 15 minutes of queuing...the food was finish & we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to refill...& this happens all the 2 days 1 night... i was check in here on march 2013 (3 days 2 night) for training courses...from my observations, this resort doesn't have enough labour...there's no room services during my 3 days stays there...the seminar room often suffer from blackout...hope this resort will improve their services if they're reading this..

Shocked to met such a terrible front line staff. It was us, the customers who ended up talking politely to the check-in counter staff, while she sounded so arrogant. And all we asked was if we can have our room changed! Chip mug and glasses in the rooms. Bad condition mattres.
