Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast room a bit small for the peak time but once again, very good service. The area is very nice but a bit too far from Bilbao. Will definetly come back again! More

Arrived late Monday afternoon. Only a small reception desk that was overwhelmed. Asked about dinner booking - "no problem" we are told. Arrive for dinner at 8 - restaurant closed.
