Stayed in Pine Lodge number 2 this week - super and spacious. It was delightful. Donna Sherwood was lovely and very helpful with us on arrival. Sadly, we had to cut short our 4 night stay to 2 nights this week as we had a bereavement back home. Can't wait to go again to have a 'proper' full 4 night... More

I have been coming here for over 15 years. From a young child to now visiting with my husband. As a couple who have busy working lives we love to visit Sandy Balls. We often stay in lodge 287 but have stayed in others. We have no complaints. It is very relaxing and the staff and facilitites are perfect for... More

We had a lovely family break at Sandy Balls.....the Pine Lodge En-suite was perfect for our needs. All of the staff were really friendly! The shop was great with lots of fresh food and lovely pastries for breakfast! We ate in the pub for breakfast for a few days it was lovely and good value. Had great bar-b-q's which came... More

We stayed in a pet friendly Hampshire caravan (98) on a last minute booking during half term. We didn't expect it to be luxurious but we did expect it to be clean and not have to use a whole pack of floor wipes to clean up when we arrived!! I understand it was a pet friendly caravan but you'd still... More

Over the May Bank Holiday weekend, my family and I together with another family visited Sandy Balls and stayed in one of their Log Cabins. I must say that I did not know what to expect, but on arrival was pleasantly surprised. The 2 bed cabin was absolutely perfect. We had all the facilities we wanted, including a BBQ just... More

We have just returned from a short break at Sandyballs and already looking at booking there again. We started off camping but due to a flare-up of an existing illness we decided to try and book into a caravan for the remaining two nights instead of cutting our holiday short. The staff at Guest Services were exceptional in their understanding... More

We’ve just recently spent a great Bank Holiday weekend at Sandy Balls – a great location for a family break. Plenty of activities inside and out for the children and adults alike. The lodge we stayed in – Oak lodge 3 was just what we needed: a twin bedroom for the children and an en-suite double for us. The lodges... More

We stayed at Sandy Balls in an Oak Lodge (Number 17) for 4nights in the beginning of June, for our first Family holiday with our 15week old baby. We had booked the Wessex 'cosy caravan' but when we arrived the bedroom was too small for our daughters mosses basket and I was uncomfortable with her staying in another room, (It... More

I first holidayed as an early teen with my Dad and sister at Sandy Balls and recall very happy memories of a relaxed family-orientated campsite with a beautiful backdrop. Fast forward 20 years and I returned with my husband and toddler to spend my birthday in a motor home on one of their serviced hard standing pitches. Disappointed doesn't come... More
