I've used this hotel a number of times. The rooms aren't huge, but I love the views, on a clear day you can see Mount Fuji. The internet is free and reliable. I'm sure it's not the cheapest place in the city, but it's a good hotel for a business trip.

The hotel is OK. Rooms are clean, not so spacious but good enough, and the comfort room is great and outfitted with bidets. The lobby of the hotel is very nice, but the rooms do not live up to the same standard. Although clean and tidy the decor is outdated and the combi air con / radio unit looked very old! While the KKR wasn't horrible, it wasn't a pleasant experience, either. The rooms (we stayed in two different rooms) smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The signs posted asking guests not to smoke in bed were telling, as well as ominous.
