The staff were super friendly during my stay, but everything else was a bit of a letdown. The room looked worn and dated (beige and grey everywhere), and even bed spread felt thin. Had 4 night stays in this hotel. We reserve a non-smoking room online but end up still getting a smoking room instead. They compensate by upgrading into bigger room.
