Very nice hotel even if it does look a little ancient - rooms are very nice but no wifi in the hotel which is a little shocking for a high end hotel. Great location.

Great location of the hotel. The ambiance was quite conducive to romantic mood-setting. The hotel is within walking distance of numerous excellent places to dine and sights to see. The staff with one exception is very courteous and helpful. Foods are good. Nice rooms, very clean and spacey. Everything is satisfying in this hotel. Will stay here again.

Last year I spent nearly 30 days at the Imperial and hosted a conference there in Janaury, 2012. The service is immpecable. I am greeted by name when I arrived and I never have to worry about a single thing not being correct.
My room is always in the main building and is extremely quiet.

Love the views of the bustling city below. Vehicle traffic and people moving every hour of the day. Shop the Ginza area nearby. Walk to shopping malls and with thousands of pedestrians crossing at iconic crosswalks. Enjoy the glass walled restaurants facing quiet reflecting gardens.

Superb location - a stone's throw from Ginza, the Imperial hotel is one of Tokyo's oldest and finest hotels. We never ate at the hotel, always strolled over to Ginza or one of the local eateries by the train tracks. The lovely Hibiya park is across the street for a morning jog. The Imperial is a pricey high-end hotel for...

It is right next to the busiest shopping district in TK and also close to the business district. Very close to almost everything. My fist visit to TK. Loved the sense of history. The little origami birds and the greeters in traditional costume on every floor complete...

This is a good hotel, if not the most modern (which is top of my list anyway). Service is always excellent (as you get used to in Japan).
