Great view over Tokyo Tower and the Imperial Palace Gardens. Looks great at night. Close to subway, quiet area with not many restaurants near by but good value western breakfast. Imperial Palace Gardens a popular place for jogging any time of the day or night. Staff helpful and spoke great English.
