As far as business style hotels are concerned, we spent a lot of time on this trip staying in Toyoko Inn's, so we were used to the small rooms. The Gracery at Ginza is a step above all of the Toyoko Inns that we stayed at, for not too much more money.
Service at the front desk was excellent. The...

Hotel Gracery Ginza used to be Washington hotel. They did nice work renovating the place. We travelled in big group so we booked different type of rooms. The single room was really really small. And there's not much difference between standard and executive room. The hotel is cosy and situated just next to the main shopping street of Ginza area.

Hotel Gracery is a decent budget option in a fantastic location. It's not without its irritations: wi-fi only works in the lobby area, windows in the bedrooms don't open, the rooms are small (even by Japanese standards) and in my room at least, the fridge was very noisy and couldn't be switched off. However, if you can get a good...

Perfect location, small (as expected) and spotlessly clean room, very kind and efficient staff at the reception. Great value if you are on a short stay in Tokyo, for business or leisure. We had booked a plan without breakfast and did not use the restaurant. In the small lobby at the 3rd floor free coffee is available.Joggers/ runners can enjoy...

Me and wife stayed there for 3 nights. Perfect location, clean but small room. Stuff eager to help but didn't speak English well.

I recently stayed here for 8 nights. On our first day at check in the hotel decided to upgrade us to the executive floor for free, supposedly the room we booked was full, so that was great.
Overall the rooms are small yes but they're very comfortable. There was even a massage chair and foot massager in the room which...

We stayed at the Gracery hotel in Ginza for only one night, while in route to another city. The hotel is located right in the heart of Ginza, near high-end shopping and restaurants. I’ll caveat my review by saying that we are western travelers with western experiences. The room was very clean, but we were given a smoking room—the second...

My girlfriend and I stayed at Hotel Gracery Ginza in their standard semi-double room for one night. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from JR Tokyo Station (or 10 minutes from Shinbashi Station), and is tucked away in a small side street off of the popular street, Chuo Dori, where you'll find stores like Apple, Zara, A&F, and Uniqlo....

I stayed here for 1 night and really liked it! It was a nice cosy little boutique hotel in Ginza. Took a taxi from the Tokyo station and it was initially hard to find as the location is a little hidden. Rooms are nice and clean. Will definitely consider staying here again.
