Stayed at the Hotel Gracery for 5 nights at the end of April. The hotel is nice. Friendly staff who have a good grasp of English, very quiet rooms, and an excellent location. One of the downfalls is that the wifi was a little slow even though the hub was right outside my room. Regardless a nice stay.

Small but well set out. Very clean and good-sized bathroom by Tokyo standards (not one of those little cubicle bathrooms you often get in business hotels). Get the full double room if possible. Our first room was excellent with big windows and plenty of hanging space and room for luggage. Our second stay was in a semi-double and it was a bit squeezy but fine for a short stay. Great location one short block from the Ginza, but you can get better value for breakfast elsewhere.

It's a nice hotel, small but clean and simple. Of course it has an amazing Japanese toilet and touches which you would not get in the same price of hotel elsewhere.
