Went to this hotel in mid of May with 2 kids. The room is large enough for all of us. The kids could enjoy and run around. The staffs is helpful. I requested for a baby cot they sent a e-mail to ask about the age of my kids, and they prepared a baby cot and also the bed guard... More

Our school took six students to Japan, while in Tokyo we stayed at the Prince Sakura Tower Hotel, we booked two rooms, three students and one teacher in each room. The hotel was very spacious, it had a separate toilet, the bathroom had a shower and spa bath. We were supplied with robes and slippers, the room was well appointed... More

We had an un-planned addtional night in Tokyo and wanted to stay close to the station. Got a good rate here on hotels.com. Becasue it was last minute, they only showed smoking rooms as being available. Concerend about the smkoikng room but despirate, booked it anyway. Lobby is nicely appointed with plenty of seating, check in as ok. As we... More

This has to be my favourite hotel in tokyo and i have stayed in a few. Easy to get straight from Haneda by airport limousine bus. Fantastic gardens to walk through and much needed time out from hustle and bustle. 2 minute walk to subway, fantastic breakfast serving the best breakfast surry i have ever had, although a little steep... The hotel is in walking distance to the JR line. AirPort Bus service offers a ride from Narita AirPort for 3.000 yen. Once you get familiar with the JR, you realize that the hotel is almost 20 minutes to Ginza and other fancy districts. The room is clean and big, and has a nice view of Tokyo Tower. No hesitate... Positives: 1. Massive rooms - This room had to be double to triple all the other six hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan. We did stay in an executive king suite which was only $20 more expensive than other hotels we stayed at. We did get an online deal that helped a lot and we stayed there... More

We were shocked how dirty the carpet in our room was when we checked in, especially with all the positive reviews on Tripadvisor. We asked the front desk to do somethign about it and nothing happened. It was a pink carpet with large darke spots in lots of places, as well as a general layer of grime. If it had... More

We stay in this hotel in Tokyo with a baby (1 year old) during 8 days. The room is very large, baby and kids can play easily. The bad point was the hotel does NOT provide a baby cot, bring your own bed or sleep with your child!! The room was not bright new, the bathroom is large and contain... More

The hotel is like no other with an indoor bowling alley and pool. The entrance and styling is quite basic and due to its size you need to be mindful that you take the correct lift to your floor. The rooms by Tokyo standards are quite good with a basic decor, the prefab bathroom is well spaced. The standout feature... More

A good hotel, very close to Shinagawa station. This station is a good station to explore Tokyo. The Narita express stops here, the bullet trains stop here also and the sites are a short ride away. The room was nice, the decor was a bit dated (this was our experience in the other two motels we stayed at. The room... More
