Good location near bars and restaurants and good value. Rooms are small and functional (but clean) with the standard plasticky bathroom. Very handy if you get lashed and/or lucky in Roppongi and need somewhere to stay.

Stayed here Oct. 27-29. Room was very small, but clean and functional. First room was non-smoking but smelled of smoke (common in Japan), and staff immediately and courteously changed our room. Stayed on the 11th floor, right above the action on the street, but didn't hear it in the room. Hotel is right in the middle of the Roppongi action.
